March - Get Ready for Spring!

OAKWIND LAND SALE: PLEASE VOTE! The sale of a small portion of the HOA's land adjacent to GA Hwy 92 requires members' approval. The highway is to be widened to four lanes. We plan to send out a resolution to all members that discusses the sale and to obtain member approval for the BOD to conduct negotiations and finalize a sales agreement. A YES vote is needed for the BOD to sell the property.

ROUNDABOUT UPDATE: The Cobb DOT has signed a contract with Bartow Paving for the construction of the planned roundabout at the Due West/Antioch intersection. Some preliminary work has begun. As we obtain additional information, we will pass it along.

COURT ACCESS KEYS AND POOL KEY FOBS: If you discover your pool FOB is not working, please get in touch with the secretary for a replacement. If you have a key that is no longer working on the tennis courts, we will replace it for you. Lost keys or pool fobs can be replaced for $25 each. Contact the secretary if you need to purchase or replace a key or FOB.

ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS: REMINDER! The first HOA assessment payment was due in February.
