ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS: REMINDER! The first HOA assessment payment was due in February. The second payment will be due August 1st.

ROUNDABOUT UPDATE: Construction has begun at Due West and Antioch, please allow extra time and have patience when traveling through this area.

REPAVING OAKWIND: According to a communication from Cobb County DOT, Oakwind Subdivision is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2026. No exact date has been provided by Cobb DOT. At this time, we plan to resurface and restripe the parking lot at the Club House as well

OAKWIND LAND SALE: THANK YOU FOR YOUR VOTES! As information is communicated to us, we will pass along.

COURT ACCESS KEYS AND POOL KEY FOBS: If you discover your pool FOB is not working, please get in touch with the secretary for a replacement. If you have a key that is no longer working on the tennis courts, we will replace it for you. Lost keys or pool fobs can be replaced for $25 each. Contact the secretary if you need to purchase or replace a key or FOB.
