OAKWIND LAND SALE : PLEASE VOTE! The sale of a small portion of the HOA's land adjacent to GA Hwy 92 requires members' approval. The highway is to be widened to four lanes. We plan to send out a resolution to all members that discusses the sale and to obtain member approval for the BOD to conduct negotiations and finalize a sales agreement.
