Assessment Notices
The annual assessment notices have been sent to all residents. Two options for payments are as follows: Pay total amount of $700, or break annual payment into two payments of $350. First payment due by February 1st 2026, second payment of $350 due on or before
August 1st 2026.

Mailbox Post and Graphics
Order form
If you need to replace your mailbox post, the HOA has them is stock. New posts are $396- which is actually our cost, and recycled posts are $250 each. The HOA has 6 posts available, 3 new, and 3 recycled. Graphics may be ordered from Southern Signs. The order form is available on the Member page of your AIO account in the General Section.
Replacement Fob/Key
If you need a replacement fob or key, please contact secretaryoakwind@gmail.com. Be sure to include both first names of yourself and spouse as well as your last name. Please allow for 24-48 hours Monday - Friday for a response.
Clubhouse Fee & Reservation
$50 Usage fee
$150 Refundable Deposit
Beginning August 1st 2025, all clubhouse reservations will include a $50.00 usage fee in addition to the refundable $150.00 damage/cleaning deposit. Usage fee will be paid through AIO portal. Simply go to links and select the assessment tab to pay the fee.

To reserve the clubhouse, please check availability on the Events calendar above for a date. All reservations are listed on the events calendar. Then simply email clubhouseoakwind@gmail.com.
The clubhouse coordinator will get back to you Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours of your inquiry with your confirmation email and deposit and usage fee instructions.
Vehicle Parking
@ Clubhouse
No cars, trucks or motorcycles should be parked in the Clubhouse parking lot overnight. The lot is for the daily parking of members and-guests using the HOA amenities. Since all amenities close by 10 PM vehicles should be gone from the area by 11PM. Vehicles remaining in the parking lot overnight or parked in the area for 24 consecutive hours are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense. For residents guests, extended parking is allowed in the clubhouse common parking area, however you must notify the Oakwind BOD via email, to avoid towing.
Speed Limit Inside Oakwind
25 MPH
PLEASE adhere to the 25mph speed limit in the neighborhood, we ask that you please pay special attention driving during morning and afternoon bus drop off/ pick up times. Yellow flashing lights on a school bus indicate the bus is preparing to stop to load or unload. Red flashing lights indicate the bus has stopped and children are getting on or off the bus. Drivers must stop their cars and wait until the red lights have stopped flashing before proceeding.
Parents please speak to your teenage drivers about adhering to the neighborhood speed limit, and using the utmost caution around the bus stops
